Following their recent sell-out tour of Australia, top charting Canadian band, Simple Plan, have done  far more than just read a drink-driving CSA for RADD.

Simple Plan - Huge RADD supporters

First they auctioned a huge 5 metre banner on eBay and have elected to donate all proceeds to their favourite charity, RADD, and then they donated the rights to the music and video clip of their recent hit, Untitled, (How Could This Happen to Me), from their album, Still Not Getting Any to RADD for a year.

A new TV ad (click here to watch) that has been made from the clip was launched today in conjunction with NSW Police’s latest offensive, “Operation Drink Drive Two”. Helping to get the joint RADD/Police message across were RADD celebrities, singer Deni Hines, cricketer Nathan Bracken and county singer Jade MacRae. The song, which delivers a poignant anti-drink driving message, was written to draw attention to the impact of drink-driving on family and friends as well as victims after several band members had a spate of drink-drive incidents affect them.
