This page is dedicated to all of the feedback we have recieved over the past 2 years.

There is no better way that RADD can see the outcome of our efforts than by reading this kind of positive feedback.

Thank-you all for taking the time to let us know how you feel about RADD and how you feel about people who drink and drive.

He never knew what it could do,
his mind was a blank it had no clue.
We watched him go and get in his car;
he will be ok his house isnt far.
He got in his car and started to drive,
to him he felt good he felt really alive.
Down the road he heard a big thump,
he kept on driving it was only a bump.
The morning came and so did the law,
god he felt bad as he crawled to the door.
I drove home drunk i will face that charge,
its only happened the once believe me sarg.
The dint in your car what did you hit?
i really dont know i wasnt that fit.
On the way home you hit a kid,
do you remember now just what you did?
The kids a mess but hes still alive,
for your sake i hope he does survive.
The mother nd father he went to their door,
but it was anger and hatred thats all he saw.
He went back home and got out his gun,
he felt he should die for what he had done.
Now two are dead for the sake of a drink,
i want you to stop you really must think.
Its ok to go have a beer or two,
but please dont be stupid let a friend drive you.

My mother lost her best friend/sister and brother-in-law in a tragic car accident many years ago.  This accident was caused by a drunk driver.  This horrific accident left my 2 cousins orphaned and devasted the whole family.    It is so good to

know that RADD is out there making a difference and influencing the youth in such an important way.  Love it!

Dear Radd, Like all Austalians I was horrified by the National road toll this holiday season. As a mum and Primary School teacher I have decided to try and get the message across to as many students as possible that drink driving has devastatin

g consequences for everyone involved. This year I have decided to base our Wakakirri song and dance item around the choices that young teenage drivers have to make. If you have no idea about Wakakirri please look up their website, it is an outstanding w

ay for Primary School students to become stars in their own right. At Lilydale West Primary School we have been extememly successful, making it to the Grandfinal at the Vodaphone Arena the past two years and telling our story in front of thousands of pe

ople. As a firm believer in eduacation needs to start with the young, I feel Wakakirri would be an outstanding platform to teach young children about the dangers and consequences of drink driving, and if by doing or seeing this Wakakirri item influences

 just one

I would like to commend you on your tv advertisement involving Simple Plan, it is very well done and really hits home! it gets the massage across loud and clear! i would like to see Wade Robson as a part of the RADD campaign

Kayleigh

I would like to say that i think that using Simple Plan's UNTITLED (How Could This Happen To Me) video as a part of your campaign is the best thing. This is such a powerful video. It shows the effects of drink driving when there is someone killed or badly injured and they weren't the ones drunk. Simple Plan are my favourite band and I support them all the way when videos come to this.

I had tears in my eyes when I saw that this became an ad because it is the TRUTH.

I support RADD all the way, because when my friends and I start driving, I certainly know I don't want them to die because of an irresponsible drunk driver.

I am very glad your all doing the work of making people aware of the dangers of drink driving. I have worked previously in the hotel industry and I have seen many deaths from Alcohol abuse. I know people who drink alcohol (a dangerous drug) loose there ability to make wise choices and ego without judgment takes over. You may be able to find the Book now out of Print Courage to Change with writers such as Peter Townsend from the "Who" and many famous people who's lives were tormented from alcohol. I also just got the CD Eagles live Farwell 1 from Melbourne with Jo Walsh singing one day at a time....I am a member of Alanon as I have suffered from the family disease of Alcoholism I do not drink Alcohol at all as I have seen so much damage from this drug from suicide of my brother and father and mother both addicts of alcohol and prescription drugs a high class family with a dis ease of addiction. I really wish you all the very best in the Awareness you are giving Australians about drink driving and I ask you to get the message out to the ignorant public about this drug and how it affects families Thanks..

It is all good that you all want to speak out against driving drunk, but FIX it.  They sell alcohol at concerts and sporting events.  Sure there are people leaving these events that cause accidents or get into single vehicle.  I have been to many concerts and sporting events where the crowd are a bunch of lushes and in 20 degree weather have been given beer baths by drinkers who couldn't hold OR hold onto their alcohol due to stumbling around.  Fix the problem in the stadiums and arenas and you may cut a lot of drunk driving out.

I think b105 are great supporters of radd because when they play a song and its sung by a radd supporter the singer/s have a message to say about radd and they do it every time

Hi. Im 22 years old and my older brother who was 23 died in an alcohol related car crash in July. The amount of deaths and injuries due to alcohol on the roads is terrible and i believe that part of a solution is awareness. Without presenting this information directly to our young drivers I feel there won't be an impact. So what I'm proposing to all of you is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our school students. Im in the process of organising a day or days where a group of people go around to schools and provide a talk to the Year 12's. There will be a Drink Driving spokes person to alert them of the risks and dangers and an Advanced Driving School Instructor to show them the importance of skilled driving. The help of any celebrity would be much appreciated to really make this day a special one. Im sure it would catch the eye of atleast, the local media. From this day I'm hoping to change the attitude of young drivers so that drink driving isn't "HERO'D" it would be looked down upon. I look forward to hearing from you.
